  CF5564 Wetting Dispersion Agent

It's electric neutral organic amide characterized with the provident dispersion of dyes. It can effectively reduce the surface tension between the resin and the hydrophilic dyes, and shorten the time of disperse so that the resin system has better depressive ability and preserved stability. Additionally, it can promote the dispersing of much more pigment in resin system, which decreases the viscosity of the resin system and increases the addition of stuff.

Use level: 1-3% of the amount of organic pigment; 0.2-2% of the amount of inorganic pigment; At first adding this product into the resin system, stir.

  CF5548 Antifoaming Agent

It's one kind of polymer with special surface properties. At first period of stirring, it can depress the air mixture and decrease the formation of foam as well as accelerating grown-up foam rising and exposing.

Use level: 0.1-1% of the amount of whole system.

 CF5560 Fluidity Agent

It is an agent used with gaseous phase silicon dioxide, which can be effectively dispersed by the agent. Thus, it can prevent gaseous phase silicon dioxide separating in low viscosity system and increase and stable the fluidity of the resin system.

Use level: basic on the silicon dioxide, 5-10% of the amount of it to prevent the silicon dioxide from block; 10-30% of the amount of it into the Epoxy resin, UP resin system; 20-50% of the amount of it into the vinyl ester resin system.

 CF5581 Leveling Agent

It exhibits a low surface tension and a better compatibility with resin. Added into gel coat resin, it can be helpful for the system leveling.

Use level: 0.5-1.5% of the amount of whole system.

  CF5591 Leveling Agent

It exhibits a low surface tension and a better compatibility with resin. It can be helpful for the system leveling, and increase the smoothing property, fraction resistance and so on.

Use level: 0.1-0.5% of the amount of whole system.
